Rules of Life of the place
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- The animals living on the premises (dog, cats and horse) are already well fed. Please do not give them anything to eat. The dog would very quickly become an unbearable beggar and a thief, and the horse would risk being very sick (a horse's digestive system is particularly fragile, and unsuitable food could be fatal to the animal).
- Our premises are completely non-smoking. Thank you for smoking outside and depositing your cigarette butts in the ashtray that you will have thought to take with you for this purpose. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground, anywhere on or around the property.
- We particularly appreciate the discreet and respectful hosts of the sleep of the other boarders and residents. Thank you therefore to ensure the tranquility of the place between 22:00 pm and 07:30 am
- It is forbidden to eat in the rooms. The kitchen is accessible to travelers 24 hours a day.
- Travelers are asked to remove their shoes at the foot of the stairs before going up to their room, for everyone's comfort. Remember to bring thick socks or slippers if you wish
- Use of sanitary facilities: the building is not connected to a public sewage system, with the consequence that only toilet paper can be thrown into the toilet bowl. Any other object (tampons, sanitary napkin, etc.) would cause the entire drainage system to clog almost immediately.
- The organization of events is not authorized on the premises, except for training, courses and seminars, which are the subject of a specific room rental contract.
- We practice waste sorting. Sorting bins (glass, paper/cardboard, plastics/PMC and compost) are available to guests.
- Everyone is asked to clean the table and the work surface and to wash and put away the dishes after using the kitchen and before leaving it.
- In general, please leave the premises in the state in which you found them on your arrival.
